This is one of Singapore's representative Nyonya dishes, and you can enjoy it by wrapping your favorite ingredients in thin rice cake, just like hand-rolled sushi.

・Har Chong Kai (deep fried chicken wings with crab flavour)

● Stir-fried scallops and bamboo shoots with XO sauce

●Pork spare ribs with sweet and sour curry sauce

●Chicken rice (steamed & roasted chicken) with fragrant rice
